In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:
1. Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to support@vserveliving.com
2. Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.
3. Cancellation of reservation shall be subject to approval from the management based on the following factors
a. The reservations shall be fully refundable (Less booking fee of 3%) if the request to cancel is received more than 30 days prior to check in
b. The reservation shall be refunded 50% if request to cancel is received less than 30 days prior to check in date but more than 14 days prior to check in date
c. The reservation shall be non-refundable if request is made less than 14 days prior to check in date
For all reservations originating from travel agencies such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com – such requests shall be made via respective partner channel only.
Please note, above general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Guest and the Operator
Operator reserves the right to keep the security deposit / down-payment / reservation fee / rental amount against the cancellation to cover full charges as shown above.
– By default there are no extensions/shortenings/cancellations/alterations/modifications allowed and no cancellation insurance is provided by the Operator.
- If the Guest decides to shorten his stay, then the entire stay payment has to be paid, unless such dates/availability/rates are confirmed by the Operator in writing. Any rates/periods other than already confirmed on this Form by Operator are subject to change without any notice or explanations at sole discretion of the Operator. All rental fees paid are non-refundable
– If the reservation is canceled by the Operator for any reason then the remaining amount will be refunded to the Guest with no other liabilities.
